Can I book a taxi by telephone?

It is possible to book a taxi by telephone/whatsapp. You pay the taxi in advance online so there is no further payment in the taxi.

How can I change or cancel a booking?

Up to 4 hours before the start of the ride you can cancel the taxi online. You will find the link in the final confirmation e-mail. After cancellation the payment for the booking will be back on your account within 3 working days.

The date or time of the booking can be changed online up to 36 hours before the ride. Do you want to change the date or time of your ride less than 36 hours in advance? Or do you want to make a change in the number of travelers, luggage or pickup location? Then contact the driver of your ride.

How do I know the price of my desired ride?
